I just got to a conference in Miami called ecore. I paid $15,000 attend.

By the time I'm done with meals, hotel, and flights it'll be more than $20,000.

I don't care who you are 20k is a lot of money.

I have a friend  who comes from a very wealthy family that wanted to attend.

When I told him the cost he thought I was crazy.

I told him "If you want to be in the big leagues, you have to be where the big players are playing."

This is a real estate a conference where every major player in the U.S. market will be.

I'll be rubbing shoulders with some of the wealthiest people in the country over the next few days.

Wealthy Commercials is launching several new video marketing products for the RE industry mainly 'Video Offering Memorandums' to help real estate syndicators attract more investors.

But more importantly, I'm planting my first few seeds towards my entrance into the real estate business.

I have no guarantees while I'm here.

Nothing was promised to me.

I'd much rather try and fail than to of never tried at all.

When you start from scratch you have to be aggressive.

I wasn't given any big breaks along the way.

It doesn't take money to make money, it takes guts. Guts to do what others are not willing to do.

So please, wish me luck. Pray for me.
