Rebuilding Your Business, When Key People Leave.

Three key people have left my company in the past 6 months.

One got a job with a big Hollywood production company, the other went freelance on their own, and the latest is getting married and going on a long honeymoon (they are are coming back).

I am so happy for all three, and I never once made them feel bad about their decisions. On the contrary, I encouraged them all.

Admittedly at first, these changes gave me anxiety, and stress. Once I got past those emotions, I was able to see the positive.

I now have the opportunity to rebuild my team. Our target is $25,000,000 in yearly sales by 2022. And without one drop of doubt, we will hit it with G-d's help.

When I first started my company, I was very limited as to who I could hire do to budget restrictions. People are also reluctant to bet on a new start up.

Today we are in a position to pay the right salaries, and attract the best talent in the world because of our reputation, and solid financial state of the company.

I am excited to rebuild even stronger and better. I never understood when I used to hear business people say "your people are everything". I finnaly get it.
