Recap of my business trip: The first night of the conference was horrible. I sat there, thinking I’d wasted my time traveling.
But by the next day, everything flipped. It turned out to be one of the best business conferences I’ve been to in a long time.
There’s nothing like meeting people face-to-face. Pressing flesh. Building real connections. We crushed it at the conference, and I didn’t stop there. The rest of my trip, I visited people’s offices, making the most of my time in the city.
There’s something about being in the room with someone. It accelerates business in a way Zoom or Google Meet just can’t. Deals get done faster. Trust builds quicker.
When you go, you get. Thank you, God, for a successful trip.
