I'm regards our LinkedIn Meetup event coming up, someone asked me, “Wouldn't it be better to get a small venue just in case a lot of people don't show up?” I answered him, “And what if more people show up? We are going big, if that means we are going to fail, at least we will have failed big too.”

I keep talking about this go big mentality, too many people are playing it safe. Safe is good for now but will hurt in the long run.
