I remember the first time I made a deal in Manhattan. I nervously pushed my proposal with pricing towards my client. He look at the pricing and said "What?!"

I sat speechless for a full 15 seconds. My client then said "If you walk up and down to every office in this building, nobody will say no to this price".

I was shocked. When I would quote LESS expensive in Montreal, people would fall off their chairs. I learned a value lesson that day; only Moses could squeeze water from a rock. You want water, go to the ocean.

I have been coming back ever since to quench my insatiable thirst.
