How to stay in startup hungry.

In the good old days, when I first started my company, every day was do or die. I had no choice but to make it work, if I didnt, my kids wouldn't eat.

Once we started to gain traction, that do-or-die mentality wore off. We had clients, some cash flow, and the we had the luxury of being 'established'.

In 2020 I am erasing that mentality, and going back to startup, do or die mode. Burning all forms of retreat.
