I never heard the term 'magic hour' until I was in the film business...

It's the hour right after the sun rises and the light is a beautiful pinkish orange.

The sweetest time of the day is the morning. I am up everyday at 5:45am to start conquering my day. Don't allow yourself to roll around in your bed depressed, just get up and out.
