When I was 20 years old, I was VP of my College Student Union. I was the 'man on campus'. Life couldn't better, until I messed it all up...

There was a student who wrote a nasty article about me in the College Paper.

I took it personally. It through me into a mess of confusion, self doubt, and paralysis.

I systematically dismantled every one of my achievements.

I decided not to run for another term.

This is what's called the 'Upper Limit problem'.

Some people call it 'self sabotage.'

I'm sure you have your own.

In this video I show you how to break the cycle.

Let's break all our limits.

Who's with me?
